摘要 Disclosed is a signal processing device that processes fluoroscopic images each represented as a transparent superposition of a target area, such as a lesion, and a background area, which differs from the target area. Said signal processing device is provided with a fluoroscopic-image acquisition unit, a calculation unit, and an update unit. The fluoroscopic-image acquisition unit acquires fluoroscopic images, containing the target area, for a plurality of points in time. The calculation unit calculates a fluoroscopic-image component originating from the background area and a component originating from the target area at a time t, which is one of the aforementioned plurality of points in time, associating said components with distribution estimates for the target area and the background area over the aforementioned plurality of points in time. The calculation unit also evaluates degrees of consistency with the fluoroscopic images from the aforementioned plurality of points in time. On the basis of the results of said evaluation, the update unit updates the distribution estimate for the target area or the background area at time t.
