Disclosed are a method for creating antibodies by stably dispersing an antigen whilst maintaining the three-dimensional structure thereof, and antibodies obtained by said method for creating antibodies. Specifically disclosed is a method for creating antibodies, that includes: a dissolution step wherein a poorly soluble antigen and either a dispersion stabilizer or a surfactant, or both, are dissolved in a volatile organic solvent; a fixing step wherein the organic solvent is removed from the obtained solution, and the antigen and residue matter that includes either the dispersion stabilizer or the surfactant, or both, is fixed to the inside wall of a container; an irradiation step wherein water is added to the container, light is irradiated on the residue matter, and a dispersion fluid is obtained that has the antigen and particles that contain either the dispersion stabilizer or the surfactant, or both, dispersed in water; and an immunization step where animals are immunized using the dispersion fluid and antibodies are obtained. Also specifically disclosed are the antibodies obtained using said method. |
