PURPOSE: An apparatus capable of opening and closing the cylindrical member of an infrared camera is provided to offer an optimized controlling state by enabling a user to effectively control a lens aperture. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical case(20) is combined with a lens case(10). An opening unit(21) is formed at the cylindrical case. The opening unit is opened in order to control a zoom control lever(52) and the focus control lever(51) of a camera module(50). A cylindrical opening and closing member(30) opens and closes the opening unit. A pair of a sealing unit(40) are installed at the lower opening unit of the cylindrical case and the upper opening unit of the cylindrical case.
