ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus is provided to prevent the generation of impurity due to outgassing by forming an inorganic planarization pattern portion containing an inorganic material. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(151) is arranged on a substrate(101). A pixel definition layer(145) with an opening portion is formed on the first electrode. An intermediate layer(153) is connected to the first electrode through the opening portion. A second electrode(152) is electrically connected to the intermediate layer. An inorganic planarization pattern portion(130) is arranged between the substrate and the first electrode.
