<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a voltage conversion efficiency when an output voltage of a power source circuit is stepped down to a supply voltage of a load circuit in good condition as mush as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage conversion circuit has: a plurality of primary capacitors charged from a power source; a secondary capacitor that is connected in parallel to each of the primary capacitors, and that can be charged by a supply voltage to a load circuit; and a plurality of switching circuits that are provided so as to correspond to the primary capacitors respectively, and that switch over the connection states between the primary capacitors and the second capacitor. Each of the primary capacitors whose charge voltage reaches to a predetermined connection voltage higher than a charge voltage of the secondary capacitor, is connected to the secondary capacitor via the switching circuit sequentially so as not to occur short-circuit between the primary capacitors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
