<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damage detection system of a structure that can detect a displacement amount of the structure and determine whether or not there is a possibility that the structure is damaged based on the displacement amount. <P>SOLUTION: A damage detection system of a structure includes an acceleration sensor 5 mounted on a support column 2 and a roof support beam 3 to detect a displacement amount of the structure of the roof support beam 3, and a damage detector 6 into which a detection value of the acceleration sensor 5 is input. The damage detector 6 sets a threshold value in advance based on a deformation amount to be a limit at which the support column 2 and the roof support beam 3 are damaged, and compares the detection value of the acceleration sensor 5 with the threshold value to determine whether or not the detection value exceeds the threshold value. When determining that the detection value exceeds the threshold value, the damage detector 6 determines that there is a possibility that the support column 2 and the roof support beam 3 are damaged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
