摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a wiring board with built-in electronic component to a cooler in which displacement of the electronic component can be minimized after the wiring board with built-in electronic component is attached to the cooler without requiring an extra region for engagement while enhancing cooling efficiency of the electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: A cooler 200 has a plurality of tubes 202 juxtaposed in one direction. A wiring board 100 comprises a wiring part (conductor pattern 20, interlayer connection 30), a plurality of electronic components connected electrically with the wiring part, and an insulating substrate which incorporates the wiring part and the plurality of electronic components and includes a plurality of electronic component arrangement parts 40 incorporating the electronic components, and a flexible bent portion 70 constituted between the electronic component arrangement parts 40.
