<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a wiring board with built-in electronic component to a cooler in which displacement of the electronic component can be minimized after the wiring board with built-in electronic component is attached to the cooler without requiring an extra region for engagement while enhancing cooling efficiency of the electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: A cooler 200 has a plurality of tubes 202 juxtaposed in one direction. A wiring board 100 comprises a wiring part (conductor pattern 20, interlayer connection 30), a plurality of electronic components connected electrically with the wiring part, and an insulating substrate which incorporates the wiring part and the plurality of electronic components and includes a plurality of electronic component arrangement parts 40 incorporating the electronic components, and a flexible bent portion 70 constituted between the electronic component arrangement parts 40. The bent portion 70 is arranged to face the tip 204 of the tube 202, and the electronic component arrangement part 40 is held between adjoining tubes 202 so that both surfaces adhere to the tube 202. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
