<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film production device and production method that can effectively suppress necking in by means of reducing, as much as possible, the length of a molten resin between extrusion from the outlet of a die until contact with the surface of a cooling roller. <P>SOLUTION: The film production device 10 produces a film R by pulling a molten resin (r) extruded downwards from the outlet 1a which is provided to the die 1, using a cooling roller 3 that rotates while being positioned below the outlet 1a, and cooling and solidifying the molten resin (r) using the cooling roller 3. The film production device 10 is further provided with a fluid supply part 7 that supplies a fluid (fd) to the space K between the outlet 1a and the cooling roller 3 therebelow, and the device is configured such that the fluid pressure (p) is applied in the direction that pushes back against the liquid resin (r) that is present in the space K and that is being displaced and pulled in the direction (X1 direction) of rotation of the cooling roller 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
