<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new collagenase activity inhibitor having a component different from a conventional collagenase activity inhibitor. <P>SOLUTION: The collagenase activity inhibitor contains a soybean embryo fermented product obtained by fermenting soybean embryo by Aspergillus oryzae. In this case, the soybean embryo fermented product obtained by fermenting soybean embryo by Aspergillus oryzae is a new collagenase activity inhibitor having a component different from the conventional collagenase activity inhibitor. Consequently, by using this collagenase activity inhibitor, even a person who cannot feel sufficiently an antiaging effect of skin because the conventional collagenase activity inhibitor does not fit to a skin property can expect to gain the effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
