<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate, in a computer system having a mutual device authentication (pairing) mechanism, canceling of a pairing or setting of a re-pairing for replacing a PC and a PC peripheral device with another PC or another PC peripheral device after the pairing of the PC and the PC peripheral device. <P>SOLUTION: Canceling processing of a pairing of a PC 1 and a PC peripheral device 2 is performed in synchronization with deletion of an application software 4 and a new pairing of the PC 1 and the PC peripheral device 2 is enabled only when the pairing is canceled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
