<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably adjust transmission electric power regardless of a size of the transmission electric power. <P>SOLUTION: An output control device (15) adjusts gain of amplification means (121) by detecting one part of an output signal output from the amplification means by detection means (152).
