<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower vehicle body structure of a vehicle which can restrain the deformation of a tunnel part when a vehicular crash or the like and the vibration of a floor panel while the vehicle is in motion, and improv the rigidity of a vehicle body against the torsional deformation of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The lower vehicle body structure of the vehicle includes: the floor panel 3 for forming the bottom surface in the vehicle interior 1; a dash panel 2 arranged to rise upward from the floor panel 3; the tunnel part 10 protruding into the vehicle interior 1 from the floor panel 3 almost at the center in the vehicle width direction; and cross members 13, 14 arranged to stride over the tunnel part 10. In the positions of the tunnel part 10 each corresponding to the cross members 13, 14 in the vehicle longitudinal direction, plate members 26, 30 are arranged for connecting the cross members 13, 14 almost in a linear fashion, and further gussets 24, 25 are arranged along the side surface in the tunnel part 10 for connecting the cross members 13, 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
