摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic force balanced weighing device capable of measuring weight with high accuracy even when incorporated into a production line. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic force balanced weighing device comprises: a sensor strain element 40 with a lever mechanism formed by hollowing a base material; a lever member 47 fixed to the lever mechanism of the sensor strain element 40; a coil fixed to the lever member 47; a yoke 50 of a magnetic circuit for applying a magnetic field to the coil. The sensor strain element 40 and the yoke 50 are integrally coupled to form an integrated structure 60; the integrated structure 60 is fixed to a base of a housing through leg parts 62 mounted to the sensor strain element 40; and the integrated structure itself is in non-contact with the base. The integrated structure with the sensor strain element and the yoke coupled can alone have its adjustment completed, and the adjusted integrated structure can be installed on a variety of bases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
