The system (1) has a solar cell (13) and drive motors for an input and output device (7) and insertion and ejection flaps (5, 9) supplied with energy by an accumulator. An electronic unit transmits wireless signals and controls the motors. The insertion flap lies above the ejection flap. The flaps are automatically closed after a sequence of a preset time when a post material piece is not noticed at insertion and ejection openings (6, 30) by sensors. The input and output device includes feeding rollers (19) and counter-feeding rollers (20) to transport a post material piece (8).
