PURPOSE: A method for unlocking an electronic locking apparatus for tightening security is provided to maintain security of the electronic locking apparatus when exposing a password or losing a card. CONSTITUTION: An MPU(Micro Processor Unit) checks whether an unlocking mode for registering a password, a card or a fingerprint is a normal mode or double or triple security mode or not(S41). The MPU saves the password, the card, or the fingerprint in the normal mode memory unit of a memory unit as the unlocking means(S42,S43) in case of the normal mode. The MPU saves a pair of unlocking means consisting of the password and the card or a pair of unlocking means consisting of the password and the fingerprint in a security mode memory unit of the memory unit in case of the double security mode. The MPU saves a pair of unlocking means consisting of the password, the card, and the fingerprint in the security mode memory unit of the memory unit(S44,S45).
