<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display unit for maintaining a high light emission efficiency and a low drive voltage for each of luminescent colors, while suppressing a short circuit or an adjacent cross talk. <P>SOLUTION: A display unit 1 has at least a first organic EL device 2 and a second organic EL device 3, the first organic EL device 2 and the second organic EL device 3 being different in luminescent color from each other. Each of the first organic EL device 2 and the second organic EL device 3 has a first electrode 20, a first charge transport layer 31, a second charge transport layer 32, a light emission layer 40 and a second electrode 60, in this order. The first charge transport layer 31 is a layer common to each of the organic EL devices (2, 3), a film thickness of the second charge transport layer 32 is different between the organic EL devices (2, 3) and a concentration of dopant material contained in the first charge transport layer 31 is lower than that in the second charge transport layer 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
