PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a motor to rotate with a stable rotational speed even when the motor deteriorates.

SOLUTION: A printer is provided with a detection part 61 to detect a rotational speed of a motor, and a feedback control part 63 to feedback gain corresponding to at least a deviation and an integration value of the deviation so as to make the rotational speed of the motor meet a target rotational speed according to the deviation of the rotational speed of the motor against the target rotational speed. The feedback control part 63 includes a change part 71 to change a gain constant corresponding to at least the integration value of the deviation to a gain constant with which can acquire larger gain, in accordance with the deviation.
