<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system and an image processing method for displaying a video image that gives an observer a three-dimension (3D) appearance. <P>SOLUTION: A method of operating three-dimension (3D) spectacles having a left shutter and a right shutter, has the following steps of: detecting whether or not a command signal for operating the 3D spectacles in a two-dimension (2D) operation mode or a 3D operation mode is received from a display device; opening both the left shutter and the right shutter when the command signal for operating the 3D spectacles in the 2D operation mode is received; and opening and closing the left shutter and the right shutter alternately when the command signal for operating the 3D spectacles in the 3D operation mode is received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
