<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition for ultraviolet laser exposure, the composition suppressing generation of a residue in forming a contact hole, giving a good shape of the contact hole and a smooth surface without roughness of a colored pixel obtained by curing the composition, and preventing development irregularity and peeling even in contact with a peeling liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition for ultraviolet laser exposure contains (A) a colorant, (B) a solvent, (C) an alkali-soluble resin, (D) an ethylenically unsaturated compound, (E) a photopolymerization initiator and (F) an aliphatic polyfunctional thiol compound. The composition contains, as the (E) photopolymerization initiator, (E-1) an oxime-based photopolymerization initiator expressed by general formula (1) and at least one kind selected from a group consisting of (E-2) a hexaryl biimidazole-based photopolymerization initiator and (E-3) an acetophenone-based photopolymerization initiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
