<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling mat for a notebook computer which eliminates wind noise of a fan which is a problem in a conventional fan type cooling device for a notebook computer and cools a notebook computer quietly and efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling mat for a notebook computer includes a refrigerant that can be used repeatedly and an outer case that is covered by a material that has an enhanced cooling effect and prevents dew condensation during operation. Because the cooling mat is used after it is cooled in a refrigerator, it can strongly absorb heat of the notebook computer and its cooling effect can last long.
