<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sense amplifier that can operate correctly at high speed and a semiconductor device including the sense amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: A sense amplifier transfers data on a first data input-output line to a second data input-output line, and transfers data on the second data input-output line to the first data input-output line.
