<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a conventional automatic egg inspection mechanism by image processing. <P>SOLUTION: An inspection device of sperm egg comprises: irradiation means that throws light into an inspection wheel for arranging a sperm egg and the sperm egg; an image taking part that is equipped with a color CCD camera for taking a colored inside image of the egg; and a nondestructive inspection part for using a taken egg image to determine whether the egg is normal or not. An automatic egg inspection mechanism by image processing provided in the inspection device comprises: a sensor for detecting a cup that is carried in a state of keeping liquid egg supplied from an egg breaker; an image processor that scans an image of liquid egg with the color CCD camera based on the cup detection by the sensor; and an output buffer that transmits an output trigger signal to the imaging processor through an egg breaker controller by a sorting mechanism for dropping abnormal liquid egg. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
