<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frontal structure of a vehicle which reduces material cost and weight. <P>SOLUTION: A frontal structure of a vehicle includes: a dashboard lower 10 having a curved portion 10a formed in a curved shape; and a damping material fixing panel 26 connected to the cabin side at a position corresponding to the curved portion 10a of the dashboard lower 10. Upper and lower beads 111, 112 extending along the upper and lower directions are formed on the damping material fixing panel 26.
