<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle that has high safety when it is not used, and is excellent in usability. <P>SOLUTION: The spindle 1 includes a pin 20 and a support rod 30, to which a cover part 40 for covering the tip part 21 of the pin 20 is attached, on a pedestal 10. By attaching the cover part to the support rod through a shaft hole 42 formed at an eccentric position, and by rotating it in a horizontal direction, the tip part of the pin is exposed.
