<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new mounting stand for a round rice cake in which a flange part of a container for the round rice cake is hard to see, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting stand for the round rice cake includes: a mounting stand part 2 in which the container A for the round rice cake is placed; a front wall part 3 arranged at the front of the mounting stand part 2 for hiding the flange part B under the container A for the round rice cake; a back wall part 4 arranged at the back of the mounting stand part 2; and two side wall parts 5, 6 arranged on right and left sides of the mounting stand part 2 for connecting the front wall part 3 to the back wall part 4. Upper edges 5a, 6a of the side wall parts 5, 6 are raised obliquely from an upper edge 3a of the front wall part 3 to an upper edge 4a of the back wall part 4.
