摘要 <p>In the pixel region of the disclosed display device, a plurality of sensor circuits provided with a charge-retaining transistor and a photosensor between a reset line and a storage node are disposed. In the sensing period, the charge-retaining transistor is controlled in a manner so as to be in an on state by applying low level voltage to the reset line (RSTa) as a reset-cancelling voltage and applying high level voltage to a control line (CLKa). Outside of the sensing period, the charge-retaining transistor is controlled in a manner so as to be in an off state by applying a low level voltage to the control line (CLKa) and applying a high level voltage to the reset line (RSTa) as a holding voltage. As a result, the drain-source voltage (Vds) of the charge-retaining transistor is reduced, the leak current of the charge-retaining transistor is suppressed, and photodetection accuracy is increased. A voltage roughly in the middle of the reset voltage and the voltage of the storage node during maximum light quantity detection may be used as the holding voltage.</p>
