METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR RECONFIGURATING PARAMETERS IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

A method for reconfigurating parameters in wireless communication systems is disclosed in the present invention. The method includes the following steps: when it is detected that the cell load of a base station is higher than a threshold, the base station first reconfigurates first level parameters for the cell; in the case that the base station detects that the cell load is still higher than the threshold, the base station reconfigurates second level parameters for the cell; the first level parameters have smaller impact on the stability of wireless communication systems and the second level parameters have greater impact on the stability of wireless communication systems. An apparatus for reconfigurating parameters in wireless communication systems is also disclosed in the present invention. In the present invention, the principle of parameter reconfiguration is that the impact on the stability of wireless communication systems should be as small as possible, which guarantees stability of systems and enables parameter reconfiguration in wireless communication systems to be easily implemented.
