PURPOSE: Ultraviolet-reactive fluorescent ink is provided to induce the interest of consumers by successive lighting on and off of ultraviolet-ray LED when applied to an advertisement system reactive to ultraviolet-rays. CONSTITUTION: Ultraviolet-reactive fluorescent ink comprises 1-20 weight% fluorescent pigment, 2-40 weight% binder, 0.5-10 weight% antioxidant, 0.01-5 weight% adhesive strength improver, 0.1 - 5 weight% dispersing agent, and 5 weight% flame retardant. An advertisement system using the ink comprises a frame(100), a backside panel(110) installed at the rear side of the frame, a light source(130) in which a plurality of ultraviolet LEDs are installed, and a transparent front panel(120) on which fluorescent ink is coated. |
