PURPOSE: A device for forming a septic tank integrated with barriers is provided to minimize the generation of molding failure by charging melted resin in the entire area of a forming cavity. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming a septic tank integrated with barriers comprises a first mold, a second mold(120), and an air suction unit(140). The second mold is combined with the first mold to form a cavity and forms the cavity for molding the main body of a sewage disposal tank(10). A forming core(122) of the second mold has a panel forming groove(123) molding a diaphragm(11). The air suction unit discharges the internal air of the board molding groove in order to charge resin raw in a board molding groove when first and second molds are combined.
