PURPOSE: A producing method of chicken nugget containing ginseng and garlic powder is provided to use chicken mixed with ginseng powder and garlic powder for frying. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of chicken nugget containing ginseng and garlic powder comprises the following steps: mixing 20g of chicken flesh, 0.64g of ginseng powder, and 0.12g of garlic powder; forming batter with 500g of frying powder and 700ml of water, and coating the chicken mixture with the batter; and frying the chicken mixture inside an automatic fryer at 175~185deg C for 5minutes. |
