PURPOSE: A purification method of tabasheer for food is provided to effectively reduce the content of tar, ethanol, methanol, and a phenol compound from the tabasheer. CONSTITUTION: A purification method of tabasheer for food comprises the following steps: heating split bamboo to obtain the tabasheer; aging the tabasheer inside a fermentation tank; membrane separating the aged tabasheer to remove tar, ethanol, methanol, and a phenol compound from the tabasheer; heating the tabasheer for 2~10 hours in 25~600 deg C. |
