[Class 52 (v).] One leg 4 of a tripod stand consists of a light tube rigidly attached to the head 5 and provided at its other end with a claw 6 to be inserted in the ground to prevent twisting. The claw may be pivotally secured to the leg. The other legs 12 of the stand may be connected to the head by universal joints. The legs may be telescopic or foldable. |
