PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and control method thereof are provided to restrict the output of an application in case an application of a mobile terminal user is not properly used. CONSTITUTION: A control unit of a mobile terminal loads the stored user information of a memory(S10). The control unit loads grade information of an application(S20). The control unit compares user information with grade information(S30). The control unit outputs the application if the usage condition of the application is satisfied(S40, S50). The control unit restricts the output of the application(S60).
