PURPOSE: A method for culturing Lactobacillus plantarum and probiotics of drinking water for livestock are provided to prevent diarrhea of livestock. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing Lactobacillus plantarum isolated from Kimchi comprises a step of culturing the spawn of Lactobacillus plantarum in a medium containing molasse and corn leached liquid in a ratio of 70-82 wt%: 18-30 wt%. Probiotics of drinking water for livestock are prepared by diluting the Lactobacillus plantarum in water.
