<p>The invention relates to a method for obtaining transcriptionally active virus-like particles, i.e., particles comprising a genetic material of interest and the polymerase necessary for transcribing said gene in the target cell. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining recombinant virions comprising additional genomic segments and wherein said additional segments comprise the sequence of a gene of interest. Finally, the invention relates to the virus-like particles and to the recombinant virions obtained using the methods described in the present invention as well as to the use in medicine of said virus-like particles and said recombinant virions.</p> |
