A note pad (2) includes: a stack of carbonless note sheets (3) each of which includes: a substrate (31); and a color-developing coating layer (32) formed on an upper surface (311) of the substrate (31), and including a plurality of microcapsules (321) and a carbonless color-developing material (322), each of the microcapsules (321) encapsulating a reactive dye and being breakable, when subjected to a pressure, to release the reactive dye to react with the carbonless color-developing material (322) for color development.
