CONSTITUTION: A coupon DB(226) receives card request from a shop owner client. The coupon DB transmits card approval about the card request to the shop owner client. An authentication server(220) compares the card request with coupon related information stored in coupon database. The authentication server transmits the card approval to an interface server(210).
