PURPOSE: A handle puff equipped with a vibrating unit is provided to enable a user to selectively use various puffs and to make up conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A handle puff equipped with a vibrating unit comprises: a vibrating unit(30) equipped with a control board operating vibrators; a supporter(40) in which the vibrating unit is settled and fixed; and a Velcro fastener(60) which attaches/detaches a puff to/from a cover. The supporter forms a diaphragm by a cut groove and concentratedly delivers vibration to the puff.
