<p>A process is provided for the production of a micronized sulphur powder product as well as a micronized sulphur cake intermediate. Production of the micronized sulphur powder using this process, which comprises preparation of a micronized sulphur emulsion from molten sulphur and a dispersant solution, from which the dispersant solution is subsequently removed, produces a product of superior quality, and the method of production itself has enhanced safety and economic attributes.</p> |
