PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an eco-friendly fiber wallpaper composition of high functionality is provided to block harmful materials release from the wallpaper. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating an eco-friendly fiber wallpaper composition of high functionality comprises: a step of mixing 30-35 weight parts of phytoncide powder and 10-15 weight parts of vegetable liquid phase pine needle extract to prepare a first mixture; a step of adding 12-17 weight parts of natural zeolite powder to the first mixture to prepare a second mixture; a step of maturing the second mixture at 24-35°C for 24 hours; a step of adding 5-10 weight parts of antibacterial agent, 5-10 weight parts of tourmaline inorganic material, 3 weight parts of sodium silicate, and 3 weight parts of potassium silicate to prepare a third mixture; and a step of maturing the third mixture at 24-35°C for 24 hours.
