PURPOSE: A tilt hinge bracket of a steering column and a steering column for vehicle having the same are provided to perform the tilt operation of a steering column and to reduce an assembly process without a hinge component in a tilt operation of a steering column. CONSTITUTION: A tilt hinge bracket of a vehicle steering column includes a column plate(210), a bending plate(220), and a mounting plate(230). The column plate is combined with the steering column and includes a column penetration hole in which the steering column is penetrated. The bending plate is bent to the column plate at a predetermined angle. A steering column tube through hole in which the steering column is penetrated is included. The mounting plate is bent to the bending plate at a predetermined angle. A tilt angle of the steering column is formed in the tilt operation of the steering column.
