<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a motor stably while reducing the area and the cost of a circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The motor drive integrated circuit comprises first and second transistors connected in series, third and fourth transistors connected in series, fifth and sixth transistors connected in series, a seventh transistor having one end connected with the joint of the third and fourth transistors, a first coil connection terminal for connecting one end of the first coil with the joint of the first and second transistors, a second coil connection terminal for connecting the other end of the first coil with the joint of the third and fourth transistors and connecting one end of the second coil with the joint of the third and seventh transistors, a third coil connection terminal for connecting the other end of the second coil with the joint of the fifth and sixth transistors, and a terminal connecting a resistor for detecting a current flowing through the first coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
