<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an operation device and its control method for surely and easily inputting various instructions by a blind touch operation and an imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel 47 is provided with two sensitive areas for selection relatively separately positioned so as to not to be overlapped and a decision sensitive area for a deciding operation. This system controller 26 stores the touch position information of the touch panel 47 in a memory 30.
