A health food for preventing and treating Alzheimer dementia contains the extract as an active ingredient. The extract is isolated using water, low alcohol of C1-C4, or mixture solvent thereof. A health food for preventing and treating amnesia and neurodegenerative diseases contains the extract as an active ingredient.
