HIGH-SPEED DATA BUS SYSTEM AND IMAGE SENSOR USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A high speed bus system and image sensor using the same are provided to reduce power consumption by eliminating a sensing amplifier circuit for a transmitting and receiving high speed data. CONSTITUTION: A signal processing unit(110) provides data. A data delay chain unit(120) is composed of delay elements by executing pipelining based on an address signal. The delay elements are arranged according to a regular interval. The delay elements receive the data based on the address signal in order to selectively provide the data a multiplexer. A timing management unit creates the address signal.
