PURPOSE: A film align device and system of printing film and roll-to-plate mode film printing device and method including the same are provided to prevent the damage to a film by maintaining the vacuum adhesion state of film on a plate by a film clamping unit. CONSTITUTION: A film align device comprises an aligning device(232), and first and second film clamping units(280a,280b). The aligning device is provided on a plate(230). The aligning device aligns a print area and a printing roll(220) of film(250). The film is absorbed by a vacuum suction method. The aligning device controls the plate of X-shape, Y-shaft, and &thgr;-shaft aligns. The first and second film clamping units are offered on both back and forth of the plate. The first and second film clamping unit fix the film in the align operation of the plate by the aligning device.
