<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electrical transmission mechanism for transmitting power or an electrical signal between a rotating body and a stationary body without a risk of a noncontact state, and eliminating a complex adjustment work, and also to provide a residual chlorine meter utilizing it. <P>SOLUTION: The electrical transmission mechanism for transmitting power or the electrical signal between the rotating body and the stationary body comprises: the rotating body rotatably supported so as to rotate on a rotating shaft; an accommodation section formed at an end of the rotating body in the direction of the rotating shaft, and internally accommodating a conductive metal sphere; and a contactor inserted into the accommodation section, and contacting the metal sphere in the accommodation section, and transmits power or the electrical signal between the rotating body and the stationary body through the metal sphere in the accommodation section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
