To provide an optical member having an oxide layer with a stabilized micro uneven structure and excellent durability. The optical member has a base material and an anti-reflection film on the surface of the base material. The anti-reflection film at least comprises an oxide layer having a micro uneven structure on the surface thereof, wherein the oxide layer is composed of phosphate compounds. In addition, the invention provides a method for manufacturing the optical member. |
