PURPOSE: A mobile payment terminal and payment method thereof are provided to use a general mobile communication terminal as a payment terminal by downloading a program from a server. CONSTITUTION: A tag reading unit(101) reads an electronic tag from a mobile communication terminal. A tag decoder(102) decodes the read electronic tag. A code request unit(103) requests and receives the code of the read electronic tag. An information transmitting unit(105) transmits the tag information, the code, and identification information from a tag management server. A payment approving unit(106) approves payment according tot eh request of the electronic tag use. |
