HAND TOWEL OF PARTIAL WET PROTECTION

PURPOSE: A paper towel preventing partial wetting is provided to save the amount of paper towel and reduce time to tear each paper towel by coating impermeable materials on edge of the paper towel. CONSTITUTION: A paper towel preventing partial wetting intensifies water-resistance to edge parts(3,4) compared to a central part(2). The paper towel preventing partial wetting prevents the waste of a hand towel and to reduce the tearing of the hand towel.
